Shipping policy

Shipping costs and timeframes will depend on the size of the item(s) you are purchasing and where you are located. This will be worked out once you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. 

Most orders in the UK will usually take up to 5 - 10 business days to arrive. International shipping is available and may take up to 15 business days. When your order is confirmed you will receive an update once your order has shipped, along with an estimated delivery date. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If you are concerned about a piece arriving for a certain time, please contact me directly at enquiries@ellabuchanan.com and I will do my best to meet your needs.

If you would like to purchase an item but your country is not listed as a delivery option, please email me at enquiries@ellabuchanan.com so we can look into options.
